Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes for the frontend team.
• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to define technical requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee the development of reusable components and frontend libraries to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote continuous improvement within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and techniques.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Frontend Developer, with a proven track record of leading development teams.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular).
• Strong understanding of state management, build tools (Webpack, Vite), and frontend testing frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Solid grasp of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Demonstrated experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a remote team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
