About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end blockchain solutions, including network infrastructure, consensus mechanisms, and application layers.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, protocols, and technologies for specific use cases.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for blockchain development.
• Lead and mentor a team of blockchain engineers, providing technical guidance and architectural oversight.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for new blockchain technologies and applications.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of all designed blockchain solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and design principles.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes in the blockchain space.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software architecture, with a significant focus on blockchain technology.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale blockchain solutions.
• Deep knowledge of various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Polkadot) and their underlying technologies.
• Expertise in smart contract design, security patterns, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cryptography, and network protocols.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
