Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall architectural vision and strategy for blockchain solutions.
• Design robust, scalable, and secure blockchain architectures for various use cases.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, protocols, and technologies.
• Lead and mentor a team of blockchain engineers and architects.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Develop technical standards, best practices, and guidelines for blockchain development.
• Oversee the implementation of blockchain solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural principles.
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in blockchain and distributed systems.
• Ensure security, performance, and compliance are integrated into all architectural designs.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on blockchain and distributed ledger technologies.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex, large-scale blockchain solutions.
• Deep understanding of various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana), consensus mechanisms, and cryptography.
• Expertise in smart contract design, development, and security.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions.
