Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of 5G networks, from planning and design to testing and commissioning.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for 5G rollout initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration of new network components.
• Oversee site acquisition, construction, and equipment installation processes.
• Conduct technical reviews and performance analyses to ensure network quality and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues encountered during deployment phases.
• Stay current with 5G technology advancements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior deployment engineers and technical staff.
• Manage relationships with equipment vendors and service providers.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management on deployment status and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mobile network deployment, with at least 3 years specifically focused on 5G technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of 5G NR, RAN, core network architectures, and associated protocols.
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with RF planning, optimization, and site survey methodologies.
• Strong understanding of network security principles in mobile environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a remote environment.
• Experience with network simulation and modeling tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across different time zones.
