Landscape Gardener (M/F) Team Leader

Espaces Paysages, a young company with extensive experience, is looking for a Landscape Gardener (M/F) Team Leader to join our dynamic and passionate team! Founded in 2018, "Espaces Paysages" is the realisation of a dream: to establish a landscaping company with a permanent ethical and ecological approach. To design, create and maintain sustainable gardens naturally, using quality materials and local partners with the aim of promoting biodiversity and improving our environment. For us, providing meticulous and quality work carried out according to best practice is not an option, it is imperative! Our goal: to make our clients' gardens a true living space and spaces that generate well-being. Based in Concise, our company is active in Yverdon-les-Bains and the Jura-Nord Vaudois region, as well as in the Neuchâtel region.

Responsibilities

• Carry out projects with or without plans, coordinate a team of landscapers on site.

• Plan and organise landscaping (and maintenance) work.

• Ensure the quality and timely completion of assigned projects.

• Actively participate in the creation (and maintenance) of green spaces.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and good environmental practices.

• Communicate with clients to guarantee their satisfaction.

• Train apprentices.

• Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and machinery fleet.

Qualifications

• Training in landscape horticulture (CFC or equivalent).

• Proven experience in a similar position in Switzerland.

• Good team management and site organisation skills.

• Good knowledge of landscaping techniques, natural stone and plants.

• Category B driving licence (category BE is an advantage), M1 machine operator.

• Autonomy, rigour and sense of responsibility.

• Passion for nature and sensitivity to ecological practices.
