Acting as the principal technical authority, this role governs cross-domain architecture, validates complex design decisions, mentors engineering teams, and supports critical escalations.

The successful candidate will ensure that compute, network, storage, security, and cloud platform solutions remain integrated, resilient, scalable, and operationally supportable. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide technical leadership and architectural governance across infrastructure, cloud, security, networking, storage, and compute domains. /li liDefine and maintain enterprise design patterns, architecture standards, and operational best practices. /li liReview and validate cross-domain technical decisions, ensuring alignment with business, security, and operational requirements. /li liAct as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues, major incidents, and strategic infrastructure initiatives. /li liMentor and guide L2 and L3 engineering teams, promoting knowledge sharing and technical excellence. /li liEnsure infrastructure architectures are secure, resilient,

scalable, and operationally sustainable. /li liCollaborate with operational, engineering, and customer stakeholders to drive consistent technical direction. /li liSupport governance forums, service reviews, architecture boards, and technical strategy discussions. /li liMaintain architecture documentation, standards, roadmaps, and technical governance frameworks. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liExtensive experience in enterprise infrastructure architecture and technical leadership roles. /li liBroad expertise across multiple technology domains, including networking, security, compute, storage, virtualization, cloud, and container platforms. /li liStrong understanding of architecture governance, service operations, resilience, high availability, and lifecycle management. /li liProven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and resolve complex infrastructure challenges.

/li liExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. /li liExperience operating in large-scale, mission-critical enterprise environments. /li /ul h3Preferred Certifications /h3 ul liTOGAF® or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification /li liITIL® 4 Managing Professional and/or ITIL® 4 Strategic Leader /li liExpert-level domain certifications such as: /li ul liCisco CCIE (Enterprise Infrastructure or Data Center) /li liCKS (Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist) /li liFortinet FCX / FCSS /li liF5 Certified Solution Expert (F5-CSE) /li liNetApp NCIE /li liRed Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) /li /ul liAdditional Security, Network, Storage, or Compute infrastructure certifications are advantageous /li /ul h3Language Requirement /h3 ul liGerman language proficiency at minimum B2 level is mandatory. /li liThe role requires the ability to participate in
