The role entails ensuring that Windows‑server systems receive security‑relevant updates regularly, controlled and traceable, while collaborating closely with Server Operations, Security, Central Authentication and Access Services and with business units.
Coordinate with Server Operations, Security, Central Authentication and Access Services and business units to schedule and validate patches. Monitor patch compliance, assess risks and perform timely remediation. Maintain patching documentation and reporting. Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for patch‑related incidents.
