The Work Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and estimate‑at‑completion projections throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare routine cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and executive project financial summaries. Support project managers with cost forecasting, contingency management, and financial decision‑making.
Evaluate project trends, change orders, and potential cost impacts to identify risks and opportunities. Assist in the preparation and review of project authorization packages, budget revisions, and funding requests. Support project controls activities by integrating cost and schedule information to improve forecasting accuracy.
Maintain project cost documentation and ensure compliance with client financial controls and governance requirements. Participate in project meetings and communicate cost performance, financial risks, and recommended corrective actions. Promote continuous improvement of cost management processes, reporting, and project controls practices.
