WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to support our German business as the main local HR contact, while also contributing to wider Kintiga HR initiatives. This is a broad, hands‑on HR role with a clear local remit for Germany and an important connection into the wider Group HR agenda.
You will combine trusted HR advice to leaders, German employment expertise, HR process implementation, HRIS activity and defined local office coordination.
You will work closely with the Managing Director Germany and the Senior HR Manager, supporting local leaders and project/people leads with feedback, development, performance and employee‑related conversations.
You will also help translate agreed Group HR activity into clear, practical ways of working for Germany, ensuring local employment, cultural and operational requirements are considered and embedded effectively.
