Global Lead Sales AI / Head of AI Sales Transformation (f/m/d)

This role will lead the transformation journey end-to-end, translating strategic vision into measurable business impact.

Responsibilities / TasksOwn the global vision, roadmap, and business case for GEA's Sales AI capabilitiesContinuously build and scale the AI skill set for GEA Sales to create measurable business impactLead the development and rollout of the AI-powered Sales Assistant as Product OwnerAct as the business owner between Sales, Marketing, IT, GEA AHEAD AI Program, Data, and external partnersIdentify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across the sales processDrive adoption, change management, and capability building globallyDefine KPIs and ensure measurable business impactYour Profile / Qualifications5+ years of experience in AI Transformation, Digital Innovation, Sales Excellence, Strategy Consulting, Digital Transformation, or a related fieldProven experience delivering AI-powered business solutions from concept to adoption and measurable business impactStrong understanding of B2B sales

and commercial processesExperience leading complex cross-functional initiativesPassion for AI, innovation, and business transformationHands-on mindset with the ability to drive projects and deliver results in a complex matrix organizationExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrategic thinker with a strong execution mindset
