(Senior) Compliance Manager (m/f/x) München Kreativquartier full-or-part-time, permanent Your mission Own the operational build-out of our compliance function as we move to full Ba Fin authorization as a KVG - you drive it day to day, while management provides oversight.
Draft our compliance policies and handbooks and design the underlying processes from the ground up (e.g. compliance, conflicts of interest, personal account dealing, remuneration, complaints, whistleblowing).
Contribute to the authorization dossier - business plan under § 22 KAGB, organizational and process documentation - together with our external advisor and the Ba Fin filing. Coordinate our outsourced functions (AML via Kerberos, internal audit) and ensure clean interfaces and control
