Senior Maximo Systems Developer / Integrator

Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Maximo Systems Developer / Integrator to lead the implementation and deployment of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) across enterprise environments. This role requires a highly experienced technical resource with deep expertise in IBM Maximo, MAS Manage, OpenShift, enterprise integrations, security, and environment deployments. The successful candidate will play a key role in building, configuring, integrating, testing, and supporting a large-scale Enterprise Asset Management platform.

Key Responsibilities

IBM Maximo & MAS Implementation

• Install, configure, and support IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS)

• Deploy and configure MAS Manage within Red Hat OpenShift environments

• Configure platform services, namespaces, operators, routes, certificates, secrets, and enterprise infrastructure components

• Support storage configuration and enterprise platform services

System Administration & Security

• Configure and manage MAS registries and related platform components

• Implement and support LDAP, SSO, Identity Management, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

• Configure TLS certificates and secure enterprise application endpoints

• Support application performance tuning and troubleshooting

Integration Development & Support

• Configure, validate, and troubleshoot integrations with:

• SAP

• ESRI GIS

• API Gateway / ESB / OSB platforms

• Mobility solutions

• Other enterprise applications

Environment Management & Deployment

• Support deployments across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments

• Perform system validation, smoke testing, regression testing, and deployment verification

• Support migration activities, cutovers, go-live events, and post-production stabilization

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

• Produce installation guides, configuration documentation, and operational runbooks

• Create architecture and environment diagrams

• Transfer knowledge to support and sustainment teams

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience administering and supporting IBM Maximo environments

• Strong experience with Maximo 7.6.x implementations, upgrades, and support

• Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS), including MAS Manage

• Experience deploying and managing applications on Red Hat OpenShift and/or Kubernetes

• Strong Oracle database integration and connectivity experience

• Experience configuring and supporting LDAP, SSO, Identity Providers, and RBAC

• Experience integrating Maximo with SAP, GIS platforms, middleware, and enterprise applications

• Experience supporting enterprise application deployments across multiple environments

• Experience with TLS certificates and enterprise security configurations

• Experience with automation and scripting tools such as Bash, Python, or Ansible

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• IBM Maximo and/or IBM MAS certifications

• OpenShift or Kubernetes certifications

• ITIL Foundation certification

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $130.00/hr.
