Overview
As Controller, Central Cluster Country Group, you will serve as a key Finance Business Partner to the Sales and Commercial organizations, supporting profitable business growth through financial insight, performance analysis, and commercial decision support.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Customer Marketing, and Finance colleagues to evaluate and optimize customer investments, improve promotional effectiveness, and drive sustainable sales and profit growth.
You will play a critical role in planning, forecasting, performance management, and business partnering across the Central Cluster Country Group. Reporting directly to the CFO, Central Cluster Country Group, this position offers significant exposure to both local and regional stakeholders and requires strong collaboration across multiple functions.
Responsibilities Act as the primary Finance Business Partner for the Sales organization, supporting short‑term business activations and commercial initiatives. Analyze trade spending plans and identify opportunities to improve net pricing, optimize investments, and reduce trade spending inefficiencies.
