Employer Branding & Internal Communications Specialist / Senior Specialist European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC) GmbH is the joint venture between TSMC, Bosch, Infineon and NXP.
For the first time, global technology leader TSMC is building a semiconductor fab in the heart of Europe, offering cutting‑edge manufacturing technologies for next-generation semiconductor products. We are looking for a highly motivated and committed Specialist for our future fab in Dresden.
Job Responsibilities Build Our Employer Brand Develop and implement creative employer branding initiatives across channels such as LinkedIn, our career website and employer review platforms. Create compelling content, including copy, campaign concepts and ideas for visual and video content.
Bring employer branding campaigns from the initial concept through to execution. Ensure our global employer brand is reflected authentically in our local activities. Shape Internal Communications Help build and develop our internal communication channels, including digital platforms and employee newsletters.
Discover and share stories from across the organization that strengthen our culture and foster engagement. Translate complex topics into clear, engaging communication for employees. Support internal events, town halls and culture initiatives that connect our growing workforce.
Act as a bridge between global corporate communication principles and local implementation. Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to create a seamless employee and candidate experience. Job Qualifications Professional experience in Employer Branding or Internal Communications.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences. Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken). A hands‑on mindset with the motivation to turn ideas into action and deliver results.
It Would Be a Plus If You Also Have Experience building internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, employee communication platforms). Experience with social media, employer branding campaigns or digital content creation. Why Join ESMC?
