Senior Account Executive – Enterprise & Mid-Market Founded in 2020, DRIMCO GmbH is a fast‑growing Munich-based startup.

Sell DRIM to high‑fit medium and large enterprise customers Identify companies with RFQ, tendering, and requirements‑management processes similar to our existing customers Build and manage your own pipeline through targeted outbound outreach and account research Start conversations with decision‑makers and turn them into qualified sales opportunities Own target accounts end‑to‑end, from first contact to signed deal Run discovery, qualification, commercial follow‑up, negotiation, and deal execution Coordinate with Solutions Engineers for demos, technical validation, and customer‑specific discussions Position DRIM clearly around proven customer pain points, business value, and existing success patterns Keep deals moving forward with discipline, urgency, and clear next steps Contribute to improving our sales messaging, qualification criteria, and definition of high‑fit customers Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and convert them into revenue What we are looking for 5–7 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally selling enterprise software, SaaS, industrial software, engineering tools, AI products, or other complex business solutions Demonstrated ability to sell to medium‑sized and large companies, especially where multiple stakeholders are involved in the buying decision Experience selling into industrial, engineering, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, government, or similarly structured enterprise environments is a strong plus A real sales mindset: you know that your job is to create opportunities, qualify them properly, move them forward, and close business Strong commercial discipline: you understand pipeline management, deal stages, follow‑up discipline, forecasting, sales KPIs, conversion rates, and what needs to happen to turn an opportunity into revenue Comfortable working with numbers: pipeline value, probability, deal size, expected close dates, target achievement, conversion ratios, and activity metrics are part of how you manage your work Enough technical understanding to sell a product like DRIM credibly: you do not need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable with enterprise software, integrations, workflows, data, AI, SSO, APIs, and technical decision‑makers Curiosity and willingness to learn domain‑specific language quickly, including acronyms, customer processes, industry structures, and the problems our customers are trying to solve Ability to research target accounts deeply, understand their business context, identify relevant entry points, and prepare thoughtful outreach instead of generic mass messaging Confident use of modern sales tools, CRM systems, LinkedIn, account research platforms, and AI tools to improve targeting, research quality, preparation, and productivity Strong written communication skills: you can write clear follow‑ups, account summaries, internal reports, customer notes, and structured deal updates Higher education or a comparable professional background in business, engineering, industrial management, information systems, economics, or a related field Fluent English is required; German or another European language is a strong advantage Why us?

Key Responsibilities Your mission is simple: sell DRIM to the right industrial companies and turn qualified opportunities into signed customers. You will own the commercial cycle end‑to‑end, from first outreach to signed contract.

At DRIMCO, you will sell industrial AI to companies that build the world’s most complex products and infrastructure. Our patented DRIM platform is already trusted by leading industrial players and has processed more than 100 million requirements.
