As a Consultant or Senior Consultant in the Life Insuranc e practice at Synpulse, you will support leading life insurance companies in navigating complex transformation initiatives.

You will play a key role in analyzing strategic and operational challenges, designing innovative solutions, and implementing change - from strategy through to execution. This role is open across Germany. We are looking for suitable profiles nationwide .

Thanks to our flexible working models and project-based setup, you can be based anywhere in Germany. Travel requirements depend on client needs and project phases, not on proximity to a specific office location.

Requirements Support or lead projects in areas such as digital transformation, process optimization, operating model design, data-centric and agentic operations, system implementation and migration, and bespoke life insurance software delivery.

Analyze business models and requirements to identify pain points and improvement opportunities, as well as visualize and communicate solutions to clients. Design future-state landscapes and solutions from business to operations & data strategy, to technical software design and implementation.

Collaborate closely with colleagues, clients and partners and contribute to workshops, client presentations and project deliverables. Contribute to knowledge building, methodology development and internal initiatives within the Synpulse Life Insurance practice.
