You will be part of the CAC/PKI Registration Authority (LRA) operations team, providing token issuance, sustainment, maintenance, and revocation to Army customers. Lead, supervise, and mentor the RA/LRA team, ensuring compliance with DoD PKI CPS and RPS.

All Jobs > CAC/PKI Local Registration Authority (LRA) Information Security Specialist – Senior Location: Stuttgart, Germany Position Type: Full-time Description As a CAC/PKI Local Registration Authority (LRA) Information Security Specialist, you will support the Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) on the DoDIN-A Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS) contract.

Respond to emergency calls and arrive at the work site within two hours of notification. Support creation of PKI tokens for NIPRNET and SIPRNET. Interface with Trusted Agents for token requests and distribution. Maintain inventory of PKI operational equipment. Support DoD Compliance Audits and address findings.

Develop and update On-the-Job Training materials. Test system software and token versions for compatibility. Verify subscriber identities and pre-register users. Manage certificate requirements and revocations. Support issuance and renewal of tokens. Produce and deliver issuance reports.

Complete requests for PIN resets, token re-issuance, and key recoveries within specified timeframes. Submit activity and token reports monthly. Prepare reports for NSA and HQDA. Qualifications Secret Security Clearance with Tier 5 background investigation. Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Expertise in Smart Tokens, PKI, biometrics, and related security domains. No history of being relieved for negligence or nonperformance. No security clearance revocations or felony convictions. Completion of DISA RA/LRA training prior to credential issuance.

Preferred Qualifications DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF 631) certification or equivalent, such as BS in IT/Cybersecurity or related certifications. Physical Requirements Sitting, standing, and ambulation for extended periods. Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed. Travel less than 10% by land or air.
