Whether it's auditing sophisticated fund structures, assessing valuations of Level 3 investments, or supporting clients through regulatory change, every engagement is a chance to grow, lead, and make a real impact.Audit - Senior Associate/Assistant Manager - Private Equity/Asset ManagementYour ImpactTake ownership of planning, executing, and completing audits of financial statements for asset managers and private equity funds in compliance with?US GAAP, IFRS, Lux GAAP and Swiss GAAP (OR / Swiss GAAP FER)Audit complex?investment valuations?across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate asset classes, ensuring accuracy and thoroughnessAssess clients' compliance with?FINMA regulatory requirements?and conduct supervisory audits in line with applicable guidelinesSupport the preparation of audit files for Partner review and contribute to presenting findings to management and Boards of DirectorsLeverage?digital audit tools and data analytics?to structure, visualize, and communicate actionable insights to clientsBuild and maintain strong?client relationships, actively supporting clients on technical accounting and regulatory mattersCollaborate with?international teams?across the USA, Europe, and beyond, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across bordersCoach and mentor junior team members through active feedback, knowledge sharing, and on-the-job guidanceYour Skill SetA university degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; progress towards or completion of a?Swiss CPA (dipl.
