By joining us, you will collaborate with industry-leading experts to design and deliver high-volume, premium-quality ASIC subsystems, directly influencing the future of networking silicon and powering solutions that connect and empower the world. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine, design, and verify high-performance ASIC subsystems deployed across Cisco platforms. /liliOversee the architecture and design of complex analog and mixed-signal circuits, driving innovative solutions and robust verification strategies. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to influence packaging and hardware requirements to meet power, performance, and area goals. /liliGuide the development of reusable code methodologies, physical design functions, and advanced digital design flows for high-volume ASIC releases. /li /ulh3Minimum Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related

experience, or Master’s with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years, or equivalent related work experience. /liliExtensive experience in high-frequency CMOS circuit design and custom analog/mixed-signal circuit design. /liliProficiency with Cadence Virtuoso CAD design environment, including custom layout, DRC, LVS, and parasitic extraction. /liliStrong programming skills in languages such as Skill, VerilogA, Tcl, Perl, Python, MATLAB, or C. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience in high-speed wireline SerDes design, signal processing, and communication systems. /liliFamiliarity with digital design flow (synthesis and PR) and additional CAD tools (Siemens/Mentor, Synopsys). /liliExperience with coil design using EM field simulators (EMX, Momentum, HFSS) and knowledge of packaging technology. /liliHands-on experience with measurement equipment and knowledge of version and project
