The scope of products spans across all brands of BYD, which fall under the responsibility of BYD Automotive GmbH. Key Responsibilities Provide level 2 warranty support to the network Planning and organizing regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners.

Create and hold online training sessions when necessary and support creation of e‑learnings and or webinars and tutorial videos Work closely together with the quality department, level 2 technical support and the Area Service Managers Responsible to organize and execute warranty audits Perform warranty analysis based on historical data Perform dispersion analysis and management of the dealer network Work closely with the level 1 warranty claim management Responsible for pre‑approval and goodwill assessment process Ad hoc activities and reporting Qualifications Strong warranty management and auditing background 7+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E‑mobility within importer or OEM.

Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must. High‑level attention to details, time management and accuracy.
