Hybrid work model with good benefits. A construction company is recruiting an Architect / Senior Architect to join its Design team in Düsseldorf. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large‑scale industrial and commercial construction projects within a collaborative international environment.

Main Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts, designs and detailed construction plans for industrial and commercial building projects Prepare design, planning and approval documentation throughout all project stages Coordinate architectural activities with subcontractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary project teams Manage architectural aspects of large Design & Build projects and ensure design quality throughout project delivery Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and verify compliance with approved designs Support the estimating and procurement teams by providing technical design information and specifications Contribute to continuous project improvements while maintaining compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements Ideal Candidate Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Senior Architect: 8–10 years / Architect: 5+ years of experience in industrial and commercial construction projects Proven experience leading the planning and design of large-scale industrial and/or commercial developments Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Nemetschek Allplan, with BIM knowledge being advantageous Experience using Microsoft Office and tendering or project scheduling software Fluent German (minimum C1) and good English (minimum B2) Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills Structured and proactive approach with the ability to manage complex projects independently Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Germany Conditions Location: Düsseldorf, Germany Working style: Hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 days WFH after the probationary period) Salary: depends on experience Working hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Start: Negotiable Benefits: 29 days' annual leave plus additional public holiday and Christmas Eve leave, overtime time‑off in lieu, Germany Ticket subsidy, regular training and professional development, employer-funded pension scheme (after probation), capital formation benefits (after probation), group accident insurance, Corporate Health programme, employee discount portal, long-service bonus and company events All applicants for the Architect / Senior Architect position must have the right to work in Germany without any restrictions as the Company is not able to offer visa support.
