About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a background in aeronautics/defense to join our team in Hamburg. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards.
- Managing client relationships and stakeholders, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Optimizing processes and implementing efficient solutions for operational challenges.
- Mentoring teams and collaborating closely with technical and commercial departments.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in aeronautics, defense, or energy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
