Senior Account Executive – Acera (Medical Surgical) Role Overview: The Senior Account Executive will manage and grow sales of Acera products within a designated geographic territory. The role requires building trusted relationships with clinicians and decision‑makers, executing territory business plans, and achieving revenue and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, with accountability for meeting or exceeding revenue and growth objectives. Develop and execute territory business plans, including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies.

Build and sustain trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision‑makers across hospital departments and sites of care. Deliver compliant product demonstrations, in‑servicing, and clinical support while ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.

Driving Requirements This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum’s Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program. Candidates must complete a pre‑hire motor vehicle record review and maintain ongoing eligibility per Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual sign‑off.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales. Current, valid driver’s license. Nice to Have Qualifications Demonstrated ability to manage time and priorities independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including conflict resolution and project coordination under pressure. Proven analytical and organizational capabilities to assess information, identify priorities, and execute accurately. Track record of building and maintaining productive relationships with physicians and surgical staff.

Effective negotiation, selling, and presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Concur. Additional Requirements May be required to enter healthcare or third‑party facilities; applicable licenses, vaccinations, or credentials may be required. Work Location & Travel Remote: Within Indianapolis, IN.
